The Supreme Comics Question Asked By Newsarama Poster "InDaMix"
Keeping your finger on the pulse of the comics industry isn't for the feint of heart, here at the Isotope we slog daily through a plethora of comics related websites in search of the latest in industry news and opinion. And recently we stumbled onto what is perhaps the most monumental threads ever created on the Newsarama boards and had to share it with you all.
Kicking off with a truly grin-inspiring headline, we invite you to witness the single minded righteousness of poster InDaMix who points the finger at any comic fan who thinks anyone but Morrison wrote Watchmen and condemns them righteously. Good stuff!
"Grant Morrison seems to get more and more fans with each year, but I was wondering if anyone feels like he peaked with Watchmen? Does 7 Soldiers come close to topping it? I'm a huge Watchmen fan, but some of Grant's later stuff has underwhelmed me."
InDaMix quickly follows up on a "correction" written by another board member with:
"Moore did V for Vendetta and a lot of other good books. Morrison did Watchmen. Their names sound similar so people get confused sometimes. You aren't the first person I heard make that error."
And even a link to a Wikipedia entry:
"but isn't Wikipedia supposed to be full of errors?"
