In 2005 alone an estimated 5.75 billion dollars were spent by North American businesses on search engine marketing and optimization. The goal? To get their businesses to rank higher than everyone else on Google.
With that in mind, it's pretty incredible to see what results you get when you do a Google search on the word "Isotope." Ranked right behind the Wikipedia definition of the word and the worldwide leader in stable isotope separations? Not too shabby, especially considering our money goes not to search engine optimization... but advanced comic pimping optimization.
