Everyone here at the Isotope considers Hellboy to be one of the most thrilling and beautiful comics of the last decade so we couldn't be more excited to hear this week's announcement that the big red asskicking demon is getting his own animated television show. One look at lead character designer Sean Galloway's cool design style and we can't help ourselves but be excited to see Hellboy's trademark humor, horror, and rough and tumble roughhousing brought to animated life. And besides... what could be better television fare than Hellboy kicking slimy undead things butts and averting ancient paranormal sacrifices to the dark gods?
