Weekend Comic Conventioneering

Oakland's Golden State Comic-Con
Saturday, May 21st and 22nd

This weekend the city of Oakland is hosting the first-annual Golden State Comic-Con, featuring some of the Isotope's favorite comic personalities! Including the immortal Russ Heath, the amazing Josh Middelton, the brilliant Brent Anderson, the always cool John Heebink, the outrageous Bill Morrison, the jaw-dropping J.H. Williams, and the god-like Ryan Sook... and that's just getting the SF Bay Area's newest comic convention started. Expect to see more back issues and classic comics than you'll know what to do with and get a chance to hang out with actor Warwick Davis and the almighty Bill "Chop Top" Mosely.

The Isotope staff will be juggling our already busy weekend schedule to try to fit in as much and many of the convention and post-con activities as humanly possible. Don't be surprised to see us buying up original art, scooping up crusty Iron Man issues from the 70's, and buying drinks in the hotel bar!
