York Gaskins
Freelance Videographer

Here at the Isotope, we meet a lot of interesting and talented folks and York is certainly one of them. Let's get to know this fellow comic reader, shall we?

A comic fan by passion and a videographer by trade, York's recent work as a production assistant can be seen on the National Geographic Channel's outrageous reality show Mother of All known for building a frat house refrigerator that launches beer cans up two floors in the air and which was recently featured in the San Francisco Chronicle. Mr. Gaskins is also responsible for an back cover interview with Ryan Yount appearing in the new Scurvy Dogs trade paperback from AiT/PlanetLar.

The first comic to blow his mind was Web of Spider-Man #31 by J.M. Dematteis and Mike Zeck which featured the utterly classic "Kraven's Last Hunt" storyline. And here are five books that York thinks will blow your mind:

Preacher
303
Ultimate Fantastic Four
Powers
Usagi Yojimbo

Thanks to York for helping to make the Isotope community so interesting and for being our featured patron of the week. We love ya!
